Introducing a revolutionary system for the pre-assembly of reinforcing cages up to 5' x 5' x 47'.


Fusing three external longitudinal rods to the stirrups forms a very rigid structure, allowing better handling and precise positioning of steel.


The cage can then be completed by the introduction of the longitudinal bars at the factory or in the field. Final assembly can be done up to a 70% savings to that of traditional field productivity. The attachment of the external rods to the stirrups simplifies the assembly process and creates an extremely rigid structure able to support handling and shipment from the factory to the job site.
